    Schedule appointments with customers from within the enquiry and email invitations are automatically sent to the customer's calendar to reduce no-shows

    The appointment notification is also sent to the agent to add to their own Outlook diary so that they can manage their diaries optimally.

    If a customer accepts or declines the appointment invitation, the agent is notified by email.

  • Follow Ups

    Schedule and track customer follow-ups with reminders added to each users Outlook diary prompting them to follow up with the customer.

    Convert Miles to Kilometres

    Vehicles uploaded online in Miles are now automatically converted to Kilometers so that the Carzone Price check will work correctly. You can now upload vehicles in Miles or Kilometers and AutoMate will adjust accordingly.
